►    Customer Feedback:  Repair customer Kathleen S. from Dunstable, MA wrote to tell us the following:

“Our hot tub has a difficult leak to diagnose, as well as heater failure.  Paul has been out once and will return again this week.  This man is kind, polite, professional, and a pleasure to work with.  Paul really knows his stuff and communicates effectively.”

We now have a form for trade-ins.  It is printed on the back of the newsletter.  This form is to be used any time we take a trade-in, whether a pool table or automatic cleaner.  Please review it, and if you have any questions ask Stephanie or Patrick.  The forms will be kept behind register 4 in the black paper trays.  Thank you.
