February 19: Presidents’ Day. We are open our normal store hours.
March 1: New store hours begin: Monday – Wednesday 10-6, Thursday and Friday 10-8, Saturday 10-5, Sunday 12-5

► David & Audrey L. from Londonderry, NH came to us to replace an old hot tub. They said, “Allison provided top notch service without any pressure. A+++++ Allison is the best! No pressure sales. Very knowledgeable”. They said that none of our team member did a bad job, because everyone is always so friendly and helpful. They rated our sales help as “Excellent! Outstanding! The no pressure approach is wonderful and refreshing” and the operations people got “Excellent! We always get the answers to our questions at the waterlab! So helpful to new spa owners”. In answer to what we do really well, they said, “Customer service is above and beyond – always. We always leave your store with answers and instructions on what to do. You have made being a pool and spa owner much easier than we imagined”.

► Happy Birthday to Connie on Friday February 2nd, and Elaine on Tuesday February 6th!

► There is a problem getting 7’ stock pool tables from Legacy. It will be a couple of months before they expect the models and colors that we stock. Unfortunately, we have heard that before, so it is difficult to trust them. I could bring in something that we don’t stock, but that means setting up another floor model, and then selling it as a floor model. Based on previous years, we expect to sell at most two 7’ Legacy tables between now and July 31st.

So your best bet is to sell a special order 7’ table. Our special order prices are practically the same as stock prices for Legacy. Unfortunately their web site is not always accurate about availability. They expect a consumer to buy a table online, pay for it, and then Legacy will call them to talk them into a different table. Oh well …

So take a shot. Tell your customer to choose one and maybe give you a second choice and Ann A. or I will see what we can do.
