►    Customer Feedback:  A Seasonal Service & Repair Report Card was received from an anonymous customer.  They rated us Excellent on all points.  “Somehow the tub was not set on the right mode, because the heater didn’t go on until I reset it.  I think he left it on Sleeper mode.  We were very happy that he didn’t discourage us from just fixing it give that it is a 12 year old tub.”

►    New advertising, specials, and promotions all begin Sunday, November 1:  “Entertain At Home”

►    Remember, Daylight Savings Time ends this Sunday, November 1st.  Turn your clocks back at 2 a.m.  It’s also a good time to change the batteries in your smoke detectors.

►    All In A Day’s Work from the Reader’s Digest:

The question we hate having to answer at our family-owned restaurant is “What’s good tonight?”  Obviously, we would never serve anything we didn’t think was good.  So I braced myself one night when I heard the dreaded question posed to my husband.  He calmly replied, “Anything over $17.95.”
