►    From Anne-Marie: There is a new procedure for ringing up shipping charges on a sales order or receipt. Use the new jackpot #32 (just as a regular line item on the receipt or sales order). The shipping charge field on the bottom of your screen is now removed. If you have any questions, please call or see me. Thank you.

►    The average quarterly bonus for this quarter was 115%. Good job to all.

►    Note that the Automatic Pool Cleaner Trade-in Program is for the purchase of a “new” cleaner. That means brand new, not used or refurbished.

►    Life in These United States from the Reader’s Digest: I couldn’t understand why my son was so outraged by his friend drinking out of our hose. “What’s the big deal?” I asked. “Mom,” he moaned, “he puts his mouth on it! It’s disgusting!” “But why do you care so much?” “Because I drink out of that hose!”
