►    We are going to add stickers to the BaquaSpa books with directions on using CDX with BaquaSpa.

►    Customer Feedback:  Customer Rob K. from Bow, NH rated his general shopping experience with us as Excellent.  “I have rarely had such a positive experience at a retail store!  It’s very difficult to spend thousands on a “non-essential” items, but your store and people made it comfortable for me.”  Did any of our team members do an usually good job?  “I spent a lot of time with Kristine and Mia, and they were both exceptional.  Close to an hour with each of them.  Very knowledgeable, patient, friendly.  No hard sells, just nice, and they really knew the product.  I was on the phone twice with Patrick and had the same experience.  Totally patient and knowledgeable.  When I thought about switching to a different top lifter, he said that my tub was already wrapped up with the lifter but that it was no problem to change as it was important that I get exactly what I need.”  Sales help, communication, and product performance were all rated Excellent.  He would recommend us to a friend.  “Truly a very positive experience.  Enjoying the hot tub very much.  Very nice machine!”  “Also, Joe’s Delivery was excellent!”

►    New advertising and weekly specials start Sunday, November 13:  “Family Fun Specials”. Everything else remains the same.

►    Remember:  the small road signs come down.

►    The Marquis special order pages have been updated, including a new page for Vector21 spas.  Prices are the same or maybe up $100.  Your stock prices probably won’t change until I have more time:  like January.

The ATV price page is the same, because we are not an ATV dealer, so we are not allowed to know the prices any more.  As it says on the page, we will honor the price.  If Marquis does not allow us to sell it, we will direct the customer to whoever Marquis wants.  But it is highly unlikely that there will ever be an ATV dealer near us.  And if we sell one with no other dealers in Amherst or Nashua, Marquis will make us an ATV dealer for a year.

Or until they change their policy.  Again.  Oh, e-Series full foam went up $50.

►    In the last 2 weeks, all liquid chlorine deposits, warranty items, and refunds were perfect.  Great job!

►    Olhausen has sent out their Christmas season shipment warning. It is at the Design Center.

►    Thank you to those who recommended winter projects.  Your bonus should be in this week’s paycheck.

►    We will send out a new Seasonal Reward$ email on Monday, thanking the people who we asked to vote for us in the Best of Souhegan Region contest two months ago.  In it is a coupon for a FREE Seasonal/Dolphin t-shirt or $5.00 off any purchase.  The coupon expires 4/30/17.  There is a copy of it on the back.
