►    Customer Feedback:  Customer Lou P. from Amherst, NH rated his general shopping experience with us as Excellent.  “Fun people, excellent product.”  Did any of our team members do an usually good job?  “Patrick, Todd, etc.”  Sales help, operations, and product performance were all rated Excellent.  “Knowledgeable and friendly.”  “Fast and good.”  He would recommend us to a friend.  What can we do to improve?  “Maybe pricing.”  What do we do really well?  “Service.”

I recently took a class titled “Developing Your Emotional Intelligence”, and it was quite different from what I expected.  I thought it was a wonderful class and feel I learned a lot.  Curious about what emotional intelligence is?  Leave me a note and I will give you a copy of my notes and pages from the class.  I feel it would be a great read for anyone who wants to keep improving themselves and understanding others.

We currently have a 2013 Jet Setter hot tub running in the backyard.  I highly recommend to anyone who wants to sell hot tubs, jump on the opportunity to wet test our competitor’s hot tub!  See me ASAP if I need to schedule to stay with you to try it out.  It will not be running for long!
