►    Customer Feedback:  A Seasonal Service & Repair Report Card was received from customer Brian D. in Stoneham, MA.  He rated us Excellent on all points.  “The piping on the hot tub was frozen, and Paul was very patient to not rush the heater disassembly.  Great work!  Knows his stuff.”

►    In lieu of many schedule conflicts, we have changed the date for the annual Wrap Party to Saturday, January 23^rd at the Country Tavern – then continuing afterwards in the store.  Please save the date.

►    News of The Weird from the Hippo:

Postal worker Umakant Mishra, of Kanpur city in Uttar Pradesh, India, was freed by a criminal court in December – 29 years after he was charged when a money-order account turned up 92 cents short.  Mishra was called to judicial hearings 348 times over the years, but it was not until recently that the government admitted it had no witnesses for the court to hear against him.  A December BBC News dispatch reported, citing “official” figures, that more than 30 million cases are pending to Indian courts.
