► Customer Feedback: Customer Alan McL. from Berlin, NH rated his general shopping experience with us as Excellent. “Friendly, informed, and not pushy sales staff.” Did any of our team members do an usually good job? “The ladies both did a great job. I forgot their names, sorry.” Sales help, operations, communication, and product performance were all rated Excellent. “We went back and forth on a few accessories and helped me understand the function of everything.” “The warehouse was helpful in getting everything in my truck. I live 3 hours away and packed things so I could make it home with no damage. Friendly.” He would recommend us to a friend. “I like my purchases and you had everything in one store. ► We have improved the Safety Cover Requirements page (kept in the Safety Cover department) that explains templates more specifically, and has a place for the customer to sign that they have read it. Mandatory on all template covers (including when we need to A-B the pegs), on ground covers, stock covers, and covers when the customer installs their own cover.
► We have changed the Spa and Pool Table Trade-In Calculator to remove the cost of transportation. Now you have to make it VERY CLEAR that they still owe something to whoever is bringing it back.
► Marquis Financing Sale coming up, starting Monday, October 17, and ending Saturday, November 12. It’s their sale, so I can’t change the dates. We will give you a new back for the October sale and the November sale. You will have to remember to change your November sale sheets on November 12. Note it will count as $200 towards par.
