► Happy Anniversary and thank you to Anne-Marie, next Saturday, October 29. Fifteen years!
► Customer Feedback: A Seasonal Service Repair report card was received from customer Lisa F. of Dublin, NH. She rated us Excellent on all points. “We’ve enjoyed working with you since 2002. We plan to replace the hot tub with an Artic Spa product. The Artic Spa is the only tub on the market with the insulation outside the hoses and filter assemblies. The expense to dig out all icynene blown-in insulation is much of the cost of repairing the current hot tub filter canister leaks. With thanks for years of wonderful service.”
► Added by Dennis: I’m not sure where they got their information, but we obviously lost the opportunity to repair it, or to sell them another. And they got stuck buying a crappy tub that is outrageously expensive to heat, and freezes very easily.

► Looks like no one entered the drawing for the Actors Singers tickets to Rock of Ages on October 29. I can’t go – I’m already going to a different show that night.
► We have had a generic one-year warranty for used filters, cleaners, and other product; since 2013. But I couldn’t find them in the store and at least one manager didn’t know they existed. So, there is a copy on the back. The sample photocopy is available around the store. The actual warranty is behind register four. It is a 3-part form, and needs to be filled out when purchased. If the customer is in a hurry, mail it to them.
► Please help me out. I just found eight used towels in the mood room. I want to be helpful, but I should not have to be checking the mood room for towels every day. I am not your mother. I want the used towels removed from the mood room every night and given to me or to the manager to give to me.
► We have completed our application to Anthem/Blue Cross for a 13 month plan. We took it NEVP 59VER; at $655.97 per month, starting December 1. If you qualify, your share would be half of that. Anyone wishing to join this year, must see Connie or Dennis by December 1 at the latest to determine if you qualify and to complete the paperwork in time. I don’t control the deadline, so you really should see me right away. The plan is very similar to the current plan; at practically the same price, but with a $5,000 deductible.

From the police blotter, or, what a beat cop deals with every day:
- A resident said someone had entered his home at night taken five pounds of bacon. Upon further investigation, police discovered his wife had gotten up for a late-night snack.
