► Ryan B. from Amherst, NH said this about his recent experience with us, “Kristine – she was incredibly knowledgeable and very patient answering our questions”. Ryan also said that NONE of the employees he interacted with did a bad job, and that our sales help, operations people, and general communication are good. He said that our products are good and gave us 8s on both Pool School and in-store advice, and a 9 on our free water testing service. Ryan ended by saying he would definitely recommend us to a friend!

► Remember we are open normal hours on Columbus Day. Since it is a shopping holiday, expect it to be unusually busy.
► There were 29 One of These Awards in September; 6 for Customer Service. Jared received the most – 6. Finalists were Connie, Greg, Mia, and Jared (twice!). Owner’s Choice was Jared, and the Drawing winner was Jared. Congratulations to all, but particularly to Jared!
► Thank you to Joe for 25 years working here on Saturday October 14th.
► Happy birthday to Ally and Dawson, also on October 14nd.

October 14: Joe has his Twenty-Fifth Anniversary: Have some anniversary cake in the coffee shop while supplies last.
October 25-31: Halloween’s coming. Trick-or-Treat for some Halloween candy here, while supplies last.
► We now have a great deal on a Closeout Above Ground Pool – a 2016 18’ Cayman that we sold on clearance last April, the customer never took, and cancelled this week. So now it’s a year older. It is $400 off, and has a $200 PAR. Note that Closeout Pools must be paid in 14 days and taken in 30 days – so this doesn’t happen. If your customer doesn’t want to do that, they should take a stock pool.
► Laughter The Best Medicine: A new study found that people with a lot of phobias are more likely to have health problems. Or as those people put it, “I was afraid of that”. – Jimmy Fallon
