►    Customer Feedback:  Jennifer S. of Raymond, NH was referred by a furniture store so she “came in for a patio set and found one.  Not much of a selection but it’s end of season”.  She had this to say of the team member she worked with, “can’t remember her name but she did a good job” and that our sales help was “knowledgeable, not overly friendly (which is annoying), but just friendly enough.” The operations people were “easy to work with regarding schedule to pick up”.  She has found her patio set to be “lightweight, comfortable, great quality” and says they “love their patio set”.  Jennifer says the thing we could do to improve would be to “lower prices, haha” but also says “we did not have a lengthy experience.  Our experience was short, but perfect.  Can’t say there needs to be a change.”

►    A giant thank you to Kristine, who has agreed to return to us full-time and accept a promotion to Shift Supervisor, on her way to becoming Assistant Manager.
