►    Customer Feedback: A Seasonal Specialty Stores Report Card was received from Phil & Rhonda J. from Milford, NH. Their general shopping experience was rated Excellent. “Everyone at your store is very friendly and helpful.” Sales help, operations, communication, and product performance were all rated Excellent. “We love the Relax chemicals for the pool. On the pricey side, but well worth it! Pool maintenance is easy and pool is always clear.” In-store advice was rated Excellent. What do we do really well? “Customer service.”

         October 1: Winter store hours start: Mon, Tues, Wed 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Thu, Fri 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM,  Sat 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Sun 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM.

       October 10: Happy Birthday Allison: FREE birthday cake in the coffee shop, while supplies last.

        October 17: Happy Birthday Sarah: FREE birthday cake in the coffee shop, while supplies last.

        October 25-31: Halloween’s coming. Trick-or-Treat for some Halloween candy here, while supplies last.

►    From Anne-Marie: There is a new procedure for ringing up shipping charges on a sales order or receipt. Use the new jackpot #32 (just as a regular line item on the receipt or sales order). The shipping charge field on the bottom of your screen is now removed. If you have any questions, please call or see me. Thank you.

►    The average quarterly bonus for this quarter was 115%. Good job to all.

►    Note that the Automatic Pool Cleaner Trade-in Program is for the purchase of a “new” cleaner. That means brand new, not used or refurbished.
