► Customer Feedback: A Seasonal Specialty Stores Report Card was received from Phil & Rhonda J. from Milford, NH. Their general shopping experience was rated Excellent. “Everyone at your store is very friendly and helpful.” Sales help, operations, communication, and product performance were all rated Excellent. “We love the Relax chemicals for the pool. On the pricey side, but well worth it! Pool maintenance is easy and pool is always clear.” In-store advice was rated Excellent. What do we do really well? “Customer service.”

► From Anne-Marie: There is a new procedure for ringing up shipping charges on a sales order or receipt. Use the new jackpot #32 (just as a regular line item on the receipt or sales order). ► Note that the Automatic Pool Cleaner Trade-in Program is for the purchase of a “new” cleaner. That means brand new, not used or refurbished.
