► From Kristine: If you spill something on the breakroom floor, please wipe it up right away. If it is anything but water that was spilled, please clean it up with wipes or actual cleaning supplies. The spots get coated in dirt very quickly and make it so I (or chosen employee) have to mop the breakroom every other day. Thanks.
► We have a new handle for the winter cover wrap by Uline. It is heavy cardboard, and half the price of the PVC one: only $1.49. We do not have many on hand so if we run out, we may not get more until winter. Hold that thought. As of this writing, we have lost three of them!
► Life in these United States from Reader’s Digest: My three-year-old daughter stuck out her hand and said, “Look at the fly I killed, Mommy.” Since she was eating a juicy pickle at the time, I thrust her contaminated hands under the faucet and washed them with antibacterial soap. After sitting her down to finish her pickle, I asked, with a touch of awe, “How did you kill that fly all by yourself?” Between bites, she said, “I hit it with my pickle.”
