PATIO RENAISSANCE
We will show the Del Mar curved sectional again this year. It was a big hit last season and we sold out of this set fairly early. This year we are changing the weave on the set to Roasted Pecan. This is a popular beefy looking weave that has done very well for Patio Renaissance and we felt it was a change that would add more value to the set. The configuration of the set will stay the same with two crescent shaped armless sofas and two armless storage units for $2,199. It will again be shown in the same Sunbrella fabric of Canvas Granite. This sectional will 
be sold as a set only. You will not be able to sell the pieces individually. Please note that there are no additional storage units to sell separately like there was last season. This sectional is sold as a four piece set only. In addition we brought in a few 42” round cushioned ottomans to use as a cocktail table, additional seating or just as an ordinary ottoman. The ottoman alone will retail for $699.
To be displayed alongside and coordinate with the Del Mar curved sectional we will show a 36” round firepit called Erie. The firepit top is almost identical in look to the Tahoe top on last year’s fire fit. This top is actually made of etched aluminum and will again be shown in the color of Savaged Lumber. The woven fire pit base will be shown in the matching weave of Roasted Pecan. This firepit will feature a stainless steel burner, sliding holder for the propane tank, air mixer for less carbon monoxide and 67,000 BTU’s. The firepit will also come with a round burner cover lid in a Textured Black finish and 10 lbs. of fire glass in colors Crystal & Midnight. This fire pit will retail for $1,399.
The second group this year is the Greenville Sectional. This smaller scale woven sectional in an L-shaped configuration was shown last year and was also a big success for us. This sectional will included a left & right arm chair, corner wedge and two armless chairs. The frame weave will be shown in color Ash and seat cushions will be shown in Sunbrella fabric Cast Lagoon. The sectional will retail for the same price as last year at $2,299 as a five piece combination. Please note that the sectional items are not sold individually. This sectional must be sold as a five piece combination as it is shown!
The third collection to be shown this season is the Greenville Woven Dining collection. This collection will consist of four Greenville woven dining chairs in the Ash weave finish with seat pads in Sunbrella fabric Linen Sesame. The dining chairs will be shown with an 84”oval teak table from Lloyd Flanders. This 7 piece dining set will retail for $4,599. We will also offer in stock a 54” round teak table from Lloyd Flanders for those customers who need a smaller size table. The 54” round table and four woven chairs will sell for a set price of $3,199.
SUNBRELLA (TRI-VANTAGE)
We have now successfully completed three full years as a Sunbrella kiosk dealer! We will continue to offer the cut yardage program for all outdoor fabric & sling material. We are not officially a dealer for the marine or awning grade Sunbrella fabrics but we can get them if you have a customer inquiring. A catalogue and price book are at the design center and all cut yardage will ship in a standard 54” width. There is a minimum order requirement of three yards. (No exceptions) Cut yardage can ship as early as the next business day after I order it if it is in stock at Sunbrella. Please allow at least 3-5 days transit time for delivery to either the store or directly to the customer when quoting lead time. Standard lead time for Sunbrella should be quoted at 2 weeks just in case a fabric is out of stock.
